7 Keys for Creating Abundance
Abundance: by far the most mentioned wish during workshops by Janosh. Many people are longing for it, but how does one create it? Here are seven clear insights that will help you to allow the frequency of abundance within yourself.
Discover what you really want
To say that you long for abundance is in actual fact like saying; I don’t really know what I want. Abundance is an abstract concept. It doesn’t have a concrete meaning, unless you give it meaning. Discover what you really want by asking yourself what really makes you happy. Not tomorrow, not next month or next year. It is all about what you want NOW, however small it may be. Apply this to your private life, your work environment, your social life, etc. That is how the abstract, unattainable ‘abundance’ becomes tangible.

Change your perspective
Abundance is not about money or success. It is about who you are. It is about the reason of your existence. When you delve deeper, it becomes apparent that the wish for abundance is not an actual desire, but more a cry for help. This almost always has to do with stress or money problems. Ask yourself, if you could afford anything and if you had loads of time, what would you do? Are you already doing it? Would you keep doing it, even if you didn’t get any money for it? If you find it hard to answer these questions, then perhaps you understand why you do not have abundance in your life. Abundance is a question of finding the right perspective (use the frequency of Perspective). Frequently ask yourself questions to put some distance between you and your situation, in order for it to become clear what it is you truly desire.
Enlarge your world
It is difficult to create abundance when you are constantly in the same environment, with the same people and the same habits. You are in actually fact not challenged to push your boundaries. Time to broaden your horizon! Find other networks, step into conversation, organise an outing, visit a concert or go explore nature. Don’t make it hard, just enlarge your world. You will be surprised to find how much energy and inspiration this will bring you.
Do not shut yourself off
Nobody has ever accomplished anything without the help of others. To shut yourself off from the outside world is definitely not the road to abundance. Open yourself up for other people and let them help you. There is no better feeling than to help someone else along, so accept help when it is offered to you.
Use the momentum
Many people who want abundance do not have it, because they unintentionally keep it at bay.
Every time an opportunity presents itself to take a plunge, they opt out because there is always something else that needs to be done first. So nothing comes of their dreams. If you feel you must act, then do it! Do not wait until the energy is gone, but use the momentum. You do not need to address things on a big scale straight away, but start by planting a small seed. That is how you set things in motion.
Start moving now with the frequency of Momentum.
Celebrate your successes
Successes, big or small, need to be celebrated. That is how you create milestones that will motivate you and supply you with something to fall back on when you temporarily lose track of things. Above all, they are valuable moments to take a birds eye view and reflect on your growth process. This is especially applicable for those who have the tendency to be overly fanatic and tend to forget to enjoy what they accomplish. Remember: abundance is not found in the end result, but is in fact found in that pure, rare sense of victory when you see that your goal is within reach.
Can you feel what you want and are you ready to go for it? Spring into action! Rather than waiting for something to come along, you can step up and take action yourself. Start up the energy NOW by taking action and create that wonderful feeling, knowing you are on your way to something that makes you happy and makes you realise; this is what abundance means to me.
