This is the most exciting time in the History (HERSTORY) on The Universe, Planet Earth is the final Planet to ascend back into Unity Consciousness. It is also the most challenging, as Planet Earth is the densest and darkest that Creation has ever had to ascend . The programming and conditioning of HUmanity, which has been in place for tens of thousands of years, is specifically designed to prevent Unity Consciousness at all costs, it is the exact opposite of All that Divinity is.
The E.G.O programmed mind, is Edging God Out. It is a construct built and developed within us, it is not innate. It is a construct of separation and all of the frequencies that formulate the mind stand in direct conflict with Unity Consciousness and the Heart. On Earth we live our realities through the perception of the mind, based in judgement and past experiences of pain. This is OVER. Mother came to liberate all from the cages of the mind. Now, the billions of fragmented and disconnected experiences existing in the mind and only understood by the self – in itself a guarantee of loneliness and disconnection, have been sewn together.
We are a collective Essence, that took on separation for ultimate expansion and growth and now, through allowing the E.G.O programmed mind to dissolve and the fierce fire of the Heart to burn through, we will know Heaven on Earth. In the Heart there is no separation, no opinion, no questioning, All of Creation is known and felt. Earth is lurching forward into the frequencies of the Heart, all those living in the low frequencies of the mind will be manifesting painful and difficult situations in greater number. This is a choice, what you think about you bring about. Thought should be replaced with prayer, wondering with knowing and wishing with BEing.
This is ‘How To’ Beginners Guide to BEing Unity Consciousness, Christ Consciousness in action. Unity Consciousness is living in a shared experience, a shared frequency, ONE vibration, the vibration and frequency of the Heart. To step into Unity Consciousness is to surrender all pain, suffering, all walls and limitation, all held beliefs, and it is to embrace, accept and allow All that comes your way, in the spirit and essence of Love. To share in True Reality alongside MotherGod and All of Creation.
Embodying the Essence of Unity is such a strong vibration, it impacts all who come into contact with it and just holding this vibration will transform your life, the lives of all you know and every environment you hold this Essence in. Know your neighbours
Look up when you walk
Greet People
Plant flowers

Share what you have
Help those who appear to need help
Ask others, ‘is there anything I can do to help you?’
Take Children to the park
Assist Mothers, they need moments for themselves
Garden, Grow
Fix it, even if you didn’t break it
Have communal breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners, pot lucks
Honor your elders, listen and spend time with them
Pick up Litter
Read stories, information aloud
Dance in the street
Talk to the mail carrier, the cashier, the bus driver – connect more
Listen to the birds, talk to them in you heart
Put up a rope swing, invite everyone
Help carry someones things
Barter and trade, allow other forms of energy exchange
Start new things, clubs, hobbies, with others
Organize community parties, bloc gatherings
Bake and share with neighbors, communities
Ask for help when you need it, surrender pride
Open your curtains, shades and your Heart
Sing with others, never be afraid to share
Share your skills
Take back the night
Turn up the music
Turn down the music
Listen, intently, feel, deeply before you respond

Listen to music you don’t understand, feel
Dance to music you don’t understand
Take action where possible
Notice system of power and control, question, do not blindly follow
Question your consumption, be conscious
Take interest in what your money and energy supports
Give your energy to those who give, be aware of those who merely take
Honor the Planet, buy organic, non GMO
Focus on solutions, not problems
Release all attachments, to experience sadness over the loss of an item is to worship a false God
Learn, always
Visit people
Spend moments holding an open Heart and listening to anothers’ journey
Be gentle on yourself and others, it’s ok if things didn’t go ‘your way,’ there is no ‘your way,’ only way.
Be grateful, for every blessing and every lesson, you came here for them
Spend moments looking at the Sun and the Moon, give gratitude to the beauty of Creation
Never feel entitled to anothers’ resources
Write, allow your Heart to speak its experience, feelings and knowings
Release judgment, hold a space of non-attachment to All
Practice Heart-felt discernment
Eat adventurously
Bless your food, your intention can transform all into the Highest vibration
Choose curiosity over certainty
Water is consciousness, and water is All, therefore All is conscious and to be respected
Your loyalty lies with Mother Earth, for She alone has given it All
Share your dreams, speak manifestations of Love
Remember what leaves you, was built in you
Be the change you wish to see in the World
