You can most likely identify many moments in which you have had an intuition regarding something, a ‘hunch’ so to speak, and then the mind will begin implanting doubt based thoughts, that lead you to abandon your Divine knowing, and therefore yourself, and take a lesser course of action – THIS IS THE PURPOSE OF THE MIND. A construct built to keep you in lower consciousness.

In the moments of the Ascension we are returning to Divine Will, trusting and acting upon your Divine guidance is essential. Free will became a vehicle for lower consciousness, as the mind led All decisions and was created to be a vehicle of F.EA.R (False Evidence Appearing Real) frequencies. Allowing Divine Guidance to take the reins, is key to Returning. To opening your Third Eye Chakra, which holds the energetic requirement of accessing Divine Intuition, this must be honored 100%, and the Crown Chakra, which holds the energetic requirement of harnessing in Divine Intelligence, this must be honored 100%.

We are fully activating Our Divine body system, after Billions of years of illusion and disconnection! WOW! The body holds All your energy, and is a map! Listening to and breathing into any pain with Divine Intention will move the pain out, as ALL pain and suffering is merely a lower consciousness, an energetic imbalance, and an illusion.

All is One. Beyond the Illusionary mind you RETURN, to full knowing, full feeling, full connection. In True Reality you communicate with the trees, water, All the animals and All of Creation! The more you enter into alignment with your physical vessel the Higher your vibration will go. This should begin at the very start of your day! Rather than jumping out of bed and being led by the mind, take 2 minutes as you are waking up to assess how your body is feeling! Did you get a stiff neck in the night? Sleep on your arm funny? Breath Divine Light and Love into any heavy or discordant space before you even open your eyes. Clar your energetic vessel of lower energy, which manifests AS pain and discomfort.

Breathe the Highest vibrational energy into your Being and flood any heavy spaces, feeling as any out of alignment sensations are transmuted out. Then, before even opening your eyes, state:

‘I am a Divine Being of Love. I forgive myself completely and I love myself wholly.’

Then when you open your eyes everything will look a little brighter and feel a little slower – you are beginning your day in Divine alignment, meaning you will attract BEings that are a match to your vibration, as well as situations and circumstances. It is through vibration that we have been creating Our experience.

The media will fill you with beLIEf systems about what your body needs, all to push specific products. Your body will let you know through your Divine Intuition what it requires. In any case, transmuting everything you put into your body will ensure you stay in the Highest Divine alignment! Everything contains consciousness, and all the ingredients you are consuming, and products you are using, have has a long chain of Beings handling them, their consciousness assimilating into the ‘product.’

Experiencing a ‘food coma,’ after eating is not an experience you are supposed to be having, it is coming about as a result of the extremely low vibration of ALL food, unless it is grown in your own garden! A simple transmutation can be applied to your food, water and products to ensure your own vibration is not decreased from its use. Place your hands over the item and state:

‘Mother, Father of All Creation, Angels, I am so grateful that this food is the most organic, highest vibrational ingredients possible. Thank you, I am grateful.’

Whilst you are doing this you are anchoring in many Divine Frequencies ~ Discipline, Consistency, Self-nurturing, Self-love, Divine Empowerment, to name but a few. Our bodies have been communicating the lower consciousness areas to us, however we were rerouted by the medical industry, which serves to keep us dis-empowered and sick. Any knocks or scratches you receive are always over an area containing out of alignment frequencies, so get curious and research spiritual meanings of any knocks or bumps you experience, transform and release!

Assist Your Body in Coming Fully Online

When your body gives you a signal, a pain, an itch – don’t continue on as if it is not speaking to you. That is the moment, to quieten All thoughts, to reach a tranquil state of calm, through the breath moving your conscious awareness to that space allowing moments for Divine Intuitive knowing to come forth. Raise the vibration and release the lower frequency. Your intention makes this so.

Whilst out with others or out in public, be sure to be breathing deep and consciously, limiting your mental chatter and thought always allows for greater energetic alignment. Tune into your body for clues about how others, and yourself, responds energetically. Honor any feelings to leave a space, go home earlier than planned, or to stay longer.

When you meet people, notice how your body responds. If your stomach tightens when they approach you, inquire within about why. Don’t make assumptions through the mind, it is only through the mind that we blame, or deflect. Everything is energy, nothing is good or bad – All is simply clues, to assist YOU in releasing imbalances. Other Beings can trigger your lower frequencies to become known, All is blessings.

You are here on Earth to bring about phenomenal, truly unfathomable change and this requires us to Master vibration, to Master new approaches to balance out existence on Earth. School taught us to remember what we’re told not to think and discover for Ourselves and now we are doing just that. Releasing the old paradigm of being told how things are, which was all agenda based, and discovering how they actually are, for the first time.

THE ASCENSION REQUIRES US TO RELEASE EVERYTHING WE THINK WE KNOW, TO ACCEPT IT HAS ALL BEEN A WEB OF ILLUSION.
